MY JOURNEY TO AKADEMI LAUT MALAYSIA (ALAM),MELAKA,MALAYSIA.
My Name is Tamilarasan Dinesh Babu currently ,I am studying my semester 3 in AKADEMI LAUT MALAYSIA.
I am from Chennai ,India and it is good that ALAM even train foreigners from other countries such as India,Pakistan,China,Philipines,Cameroon,Bangladesh and Maldives.

It is one of the best Maritime Academy around Asia.I am sponsored by a company called Eagle Star,it is one of the Singapore based Shipping Companies .They are Tanker Fleet.
I finished my 12th grade in India and I scored 94% percentage in my TamilNadu State Board Exams but ALAM's basic requirement is 75% only.The company will select you best on written exams(Physics,Maths and English) and will conduct an interview to test your knowledge about Merchant Navy and your Mental strength.
People who have wish to study maritime ,ALAM will be the best in my opinion.

The company will select the best candidates from different countries and will sponsor them to study in ALAM and you also have 100% job assurity because you are going to work onboard of the company which has sponsored you to study and you must meet their requirements like scoring 75% and above in all 4 semester exams.
