MYSELF AS A LEADER....

This leadership definition captures the essentials of being able to inspire others and being prepared to do so. Effective leadership is based upon ideas (whether original or borrowed), but won't happen unless those ideas can be communicated to others in a way that engages them enough to act as the leader wants them to act.

In my life so many time,i have been a leader, one of the best moment when i was the Head Prefect in my primary school.I studied in SJK(T) kajang and finished my primary school life with flying colours in my UPSR.

Seconday school....

Later on once entering into secondary life ,my life was more to sports.I represented my school until to state level in football ,and the moment i was the captain of my school.Besides i also was very active in Olahraga .

Steven George Gerrard 

Steven Gerrard,who born 30 May 1980 is an English professional football manager and former player who manages Scottish Premiership club Rangers. He spent the majority of his playing career as a central midfielder for Liverpool, with most of that time spent as club captain, as well as captaining the England national team. Widely regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time.

Born in Whiston, Merseyside, Gerrard started out playing for hometown team Whiston Juniors, where he was noticed by Liverpool scouts. He joined the Liverpool Academy at age nine.His childhood footballing heroes were John Barnes and Ian Rush at Liverpool and Paul Gascoigne for England.

GREAT ACHIEVEMENT IN LIFE....

Considered by many to be Liverpool's greatest ever player, Gerrard won a total of two FA Cups, three League Cups, one UEFA Champions League, one UEFA Cup, one FA Community Shield and one UEFA Super Cup in his 17 seasons at Anfield. CEO CUP 2018

4th place...DNS 23 Bravo

Annually there will be a football tournament between the all the cadets and staff over here in Akademi Laut Malaysia.Last week we had the CEO cup for this year,and unfortunately the luck was not on our side.We only manage to enter the Semi finals and lost against the senior team 33 DME Bravo.As everyone knows we control the whole game , 95 % there was attack by us but finally we lost in the penalty shoot out.I would like to thank all my classmates for giving their support and cooperation .Besides i also hope that we will have this bonding until the end and achieve more in upcoming games.

Chocolate cake recipe

Home made chocolate cake...

STEP 1:Ingredient

• 3/4 cups butter or margarine, softened
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup milk

STEP 2:How to make the cake

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease and flour three 6" X 1 1/2" round cake pans.
3. Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, beat butter, eggs and vanilla.
5. Gradually add sugar.
6. Beat on medium to high speed for about 3-4 minutes until well mixed
7. Alternately combine in flour mixture and milk to batter while beating.
8. Continue to beat until batter is smooth.
9. Pour equal amounts of batter into greased and floured round cake pans.
10. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
11. Check with a toothpick to se if it is done. Bake a few minutes more, if needed.
12. Remove from oven and allow cakes to cool in pans for a few minutes.
13. Place cakes on a wire rack, to them allow to completely cool.

STEP 3:Frosting the cake

1. If you want to make  your own frosting
2. Place one round cake on a cake plate.
3. Spread frosting on top.
4. Repeat this for the third cake.
5. Frost top of the third cake.
6. Frost the side for the cake.

Recipe for making Murukku

DEPAVALI SPECIAL.....

Murukku is a savoury, crunchy snack originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular in southern India, and Sri Lanka The snack's name derives from the Tamil word for "twisted", which refers to its shape. In India, Murukku is especially popular in the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala. It is also popular in countries with substantial presence of Indian and Sri Lankan diaspora, including Singapore and Malaysia.

Murukku is typically made from rice flour and urad dal flour. It is sometimes called "chakli"; chakli is a similar dish, typically made with an additional ingredient, bengal gram (chickpea) flour.

STEP 1:Ingredients:

• 1 cup rice flour (good quality)
• 4 tbsp urad dal (about ¼ cup) (refer notes)
• 1 tbsp oil hot oil.
• ¾ tsp sesame seeds.
• ¾ tsp carom seeds or ajwain or omam or vaamu.
• ½ tsp salt or as needed.
• ½ tsp red chili powder or as needed (optional)
• 1/8 tsp asafoetida or hing (optional)

Step 2:

1. heat a small frying pan or kadai. ...
2. begin to roast urad dal and keep stirring often when roasting the lentils.
3. roast urad dal till they become aromatic or are light golden. ...
4. then take the roasted urad dal in a small dry grinder jar or a small chutney grinder jar.

MALAYSIA WORLD MARITIME WEEK 2018

VACATION TO KLCC....

In conjunction with IMO celebration, Malaysia Ship owners’ Association (MASA) is pleased to inform that this year’s WMD celebration will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, on the 7^th  until 9^th August 2018. Malaysia World Maritime Week 2018 is a joint effort between the Malaysian government and the maritime industry. It is organised by the Ministry of Transport and the Marine Department, Malaysia (MARDEPT) and hosted by Malaysia Ship owners’ Association (MASA). The event will cover not only the official proceedings and a conference devoted to maritime issues, but also a number of accompanying cultural, sports and recreational events addressed to domestic and foreign guests and public.

Besides it was a great honour for me and my friend because we took a picture with the president our company Mr.Yee Yang Chien.

GRADUATION DAY.....

Before entering ALAM , my secondary school was SMK JALAN EMPAT .Every year the final year students,will be having their graduation day as sense of appreciation of ending their secondary school life.Therefore on 21/09/2016 at THE GREAT CLUB HOUSE in Bangi. It was great reward since i get the award of "TOKOH KOKURIKUL" . It was a great honour for me because my achievement  was up to state level.

Here there is a small photograph of the event,and those are my friends who were with me through my thick thin in my life.Im taking this oppurtinity to thank them for being such a good friend to me,im really blessed to have them in my life.

I had a wonderful experience with my classmates ,besides a lot of knowledge from the instuctors.In addition ,we also had medical first aid and watercraft&Surviving techniques.

 Kajang was founded after the Klang War. Because of its central location, it was made the district capital of Hulu Langat.

I don’t know about all of you, but, as of Friday afternoon I think I’m finally ready for a break from all the Khabib and Conor madness. Tired, too, of all the arguments that try to paint a black-and-white picture when there are so many shades of grey to everything about this, and when it is obvious that no party in this madness is an angel. Last week on 12/10/18 ,Malaysia had a wonderful friendly game against Sri lanka.Harimau Malaya had a very good game against them.Well our head coach mentioned that it was a good start and we will give more good performance before we enter to the AFF Suzuki Cup in upcoming december.
