      Okay harini saya akan cerita serba sedikit tentang bintang youtube iaitu Pewdepie atau nama sebenarnya Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg yang dilahirkan di Sweden.Okay dia ni suka buat gameplay untuk game2 bergenre horor dan aksi seperti Layers of Fears,The Evil Within,The Last of Us dan banyak lagi lah kalau nak list semua memang tak habis.Dia jugak dinobatkan sebagai channel youtube nombor 1 kerana mempunyai subscribers paling banyak yang kini seramai 65,496,455 subscribers.

Depression and Anxiety

Depression is one of the most common issue nowadays. It can happen to anybody regardless any genders. Therefore, we need to know what is the factors that lead to this scenario. 

1. Too much focus on work

It is good to be a hard working person. But when it come to resting hour, we need to put a consideration too. This is to ensure that our body get enough rest, so that we can give a full intensity of work in future.

2. Lack of sleep

Basically, we will noticed this scenario mainly happened to the students regardless any stages of studies. Most of them who are having depression is because they tend to study in the last minute. They taught that they can handle the situation, but the fact is that they can't actually. Therefore, as a student, we need to put a priority in doing things, so our daily routine will be more systematic. 

3. Bullying

This is one of the biggest case reported nowadays. In my opinion, the kids nowadays tend to simply follow what they see in television. They are more likely not to think first before taking actions. 

Jogging Is a Way To Reduce Weight

Heya Peeps,

Today I will share with you all about jogging and its benefits.

Jogging is a form of running at a slow or leisurely pace. The main intention is to increase physical fitness with less stress on the body, or to maintain a steady speed for longer periods of time. It is a form of aerobic endurance training.

I sincerely had started running a few months ago and I have noticed some drastic changes to my body. The secret method to keep those running still going is your goals. I have set my goals to have the body I had dream and it really pays.

Everyday I set the minimum of 10 Km per jogging so that I can burn 1000 calories per single run. But after the running, I will feel very exhausted because I had consume all of my energy towards that running. I also use an application to record my speed and distance.

What you need to know after you had a long run is that you need to replenish the lost electrolyte and mineral and you need to replace with a hell lot of mineral water so that you will not be dehydrated. Please take care of your body well being so that you will not damage it with intensive workout.

Merdeka

Merdeka adalah apabila kita bebas dari penjajahan. Sebelum ini, kita dikawal oleh kuasa-kuasa luar dari pelbagai aspek (ekonomi, sosial dan politik). Kita seharusnya menghargai penjuang-pejuang negara yang telah berkorban demi keselesaan kita pada masa kini. Antaranya dengan meraikan sambutan Hari Kemerdekaan. Ini akan menaikkan lagi semangat cinta akan negara kita, Malaysia.

CADET's Routine

1. Physical training

Basically, this activity will be conducted by the physical training unit, twice per day which is the morning session and also evening session. 

Reason : To ensure that all cadets are always in a good health and maintain their fitness.

2. Classes 8 hours daily

The class will start at 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs (depends on the time table). Here, we will learn the theory and practical part (workshop).

Aim: To ensure that all cadets are well prepared with the basic knowledge of navigation.

3. Club's event

In ALAM itself, there are varieties of clubs organised. One of the most active club is Dragonboat Club. They will teach us how to play all kind of water sports such as dragon boat, canoe polo and kayaking.

Aim: To provide the cadets with some beneficial activities during weekends and free time.

4. Shows & Performance

A lot of shows being organised. The most common one is when the new cadets coming in to ALAM. Basically, they need to create a performance to be shown to the rank holders as a sign of thank you for teaching them the proper ways to be a good cadet in ALAM.

Aim: Cadets need to be confident in front of audience.

Ayam Den Lapeh

Entry kali ni aku nak kongsi sikit sebanyak tentang negeri kelahiran aku, Negeri sembilan.

Pueh dah baco oghang duk up nogoghi memasing. Ingek Kau soghang yo ko ado nogoghi? hahaha den pon ado yo.

Pada awalnya, Negeri Sembilan ni didiami oleh kaum orang asal daripada suku kaum Sakai, Semang dan Jakun. Awal abad ke-14 macam tu, orang-orang Sumatera dari Tanah Minangkabau datang ke Negeri Sembilan dan mula menetap serta berkahwin dengan orang asal disini. Hasil daripada perkahwinan berlainan suku ini maka terbentuklah suku yang digelar Biduanda. Jadi kebanyakkan mereka yang berasal dari Negeri Sembilan ni adalah berdarah campuran. Haaa kau ado? Hahaha.

Selain daripada suku Biduanda, terdapat 11 lagi suku yang lain. Diorang ni datang dan menetap disini secara berperingkat. Kat bawah ni aku listkan suku-suku yang ada:

In late July 2018, severe flooding affected the Indian state of kerala due to unusually high rainfall during the monsoon season. It was the worst flooding in kerala in nearly a century.Over 445 people died, 15 are missing within a fortnight, while at least 280,679 people were evacuated, mainly from Chengannur,Aramula and palakad.

 All 14 districts of the state were placed on high alert.According to the Kerala government, one-sixth of the total population of kerala had been directly affected by the floods and related incidents. The Union Government had declared it a Level 3 Calamity or 'Calamity of a severe nature'.

Thirty-five out of the 42 dams within the state were opened for the first time in history. All five overflow gates of the Idukki dam were opened at the same time, for the first time in 26 years. Heavy rains in Wayanad and Idukki have caused severe landslides and have left the hilly districts isolated.The situation was regularly monitored by the Prime Minister and the National Crisis Operation Committee coordinated the rescue and relief operations.

Scientists used to think that all the stars in the universe were part of one giant grouping of stars. Then, in 1917, Thomas Wright suggested that there might be lots of different large groups of stars. A few years later this was proven by other astronomers and the idea of the galaxy became real.

What is a Galaxy? 

A galaxy is a group of stars and other space stuff. The stars tend to spin around a center of high gravity, sort of like the planets spin around the Sun in the Solar System. Galaxies are huge and can have trillions (way bigger than billions!) of stars. 

As big as galaxies are, they are generally separated by large areas of empty space. There are even clusters of galaxies that are separated by even larger areas of space. Scientists think there are over 100 billion galaxies. Wow, the universe is huge! 


Milky Way 

We live in the galaxy called the Milky Way. The Milky Way is part of cluster of around 3,000 galaxies called the Local Group. The Milky Way is a spiral shaped galaxy and is estimated to be made up of around 300 billion stars.

Types of Galaxies 

There are four main types of galaxies depending on their shape:

• Spiral - The spiral galaxy has a number of long arms that are spiraling around the center. In the center of the spiral galaxy are older stars while the arms are generally made of new stars.
• Barred spiral - This type of galaxy is similar to the spiral but has a long bar in the middle with spirals coming off the ends.
• Elliptical - A mass of stars clumped together in the shape of an elliptical disc.
• Irregular - Any other shaped galaxy is generally lumped into the category of irregular. It is thought that most irregular galaxies are formed by two of the other three types of galaxies crashing into each other.

A Trireme is an ancient oar-driven warship powered by about 170 oars men. It was long and slender, had three tiers of oars and one sail. On the bow was a battering ram that was used to destroy enemy ships. The tip of the ram was made of bronze and could easily slice through the side of a wooden ship.

The Trireme was used by people of the Mediterranean Sea from the 7th to the 4th century BC and gets its name from its three rows of oars on each side, manned with one man per oar. The rowing men were not slaves, but were free men who were paid to row. In Ancient Greece, soldiers (called Hoplites)) had to buy their own armour and weapons so men too poor to afford them became trireme rowers in wartime. They had to have a lot of practice at rowing as, during a battle, the ship had to be able to stop, start and turn very quickly.

As well as the rowing men, there were 30 others on a trireme. Some of these were sailors who worked the sail, others were soldiers who shot arrows and tried to get onto enemy ships, to attack their crews with swords and spears. The man who steered the trireme was called a kubernete by the Greeks. From this we get the English word Governor, for a person who leads a state.

Because there were many men crowded onto a small ship, triremes could not stay at sea very long. Often, they came to land each evening. The crew would pull the trireme out of the water and then sleep next to it on the beach.

Before a battle, the mast and sail were taken off and left on the shore. In battle, triremes would attempt to ram or board each other. Some triremes had catapults and ballistas on them, but they were hard to use in battle. Many ancient sea battles involved hundreds of triremes. In the Battle of Salamis, there were around 360 ships on the Greek side and 600 to 800 ships on the Persian side.

To summarize, the trireme were widely used during the Greek golden age, and has not been obsolete for atleast up until the Persians and the Romans era. This robust design of a ship has successfully utilized as a war unit and have allowed many conquests to take place. As such, the trireme became one of the most reviewed designs to the modern dragon boat or kayak. As a food for thought, I leave you a question: Where are the cannons?
