LEADERSHIP IN ME

Assalamualaikum and greetings to all,

So today I'm going to tell about my leadership experiences and what I discover from being a leader.To be honest,I'm not much of a leader and i lack the skills to control the crowd as I usually not speak up in front of a crowd but instead I prefer talking personally. Back to the story,it was when I'm in my secondary school,(SBPI SABAK BERNAM) hehe...I was elected by my senior that was abang Adham (former dorm leader) to take his place to become a dorm leader as he was focusing for his SPM .I was form 3 at that time and I was quite shocked because the seniors usually picks form 4 to take their place but I was happy to gain the trust.During my days,I would delegate the task to clean up the room evenly (sweeping the floors to form 1,shoes and towel to form 2,tightening up the curtains to form 3,clearing rubbish to form 4).I was actually very strict,one day the seniors played football inside the dorm so I kick the ball to ground floor(from second floor lol) but they did not get mad at me because the seniors are close to me as I always teach them to play Dota.

Next,when I'm in from 4 i was elected by my teacher to be the secretary for the school co-op committee.I had to do the schedule to segregate the duties for the member,doing the paperworks for projects and some more.This tought me how to approach the higher ups as I always need to see the Principal for approval of projects.Being the secretary,I learned how to handle the loss when the business is not good such as by doing promotions.My favourite moment as the co-op member is selling nasi lemak on saturday morning while chilling with my friends.

Okay so today I am gonna talk about my idol.For me he is the best in the music scene.He is a leader of an underground progressive rock band called "OH CHENTAKU".The band is an indiependent band that survived over a decade.Mostly , indie band cannot survive for a long time but because of great teamwork and leadership shown by Myo and his bandmate Naem,Jimmy,Wawa,Amber,Jack,they managed to reach the top.


Myo's real name is Mior Luqman Hakim and he is from Kelana Jaya,Selangor.Despite performing gigs all around the places such as Zurich,Manchester, Dublin, London, York, Amsterdam, Lugano, Tokyo and Barcelona,he went to pursuit his study of MBA at Switzerland.Now,Myo is a father of one.Myo also the host for a tv show called "Ke Korea ke Kita","Ke Jepun ke Kita",Ke Indonesia ke Kita"along with Wak Doyok and some other more.

So,for leadership qualities that Myo possesses are :-

1.Confident and Knowledgeable

Myo has the knowledge to lead such as how to solve fights between the bandmates as we know most indie band has high temper.Myo also has the knowledge to write songs,sings as he is the vocalist and plays guitar.Not many can do all of that at the same time but Myo can do it.He is also a father and as the leader of the family,he knows how to manage his time between his band and his family.



2.Creative

Myo's can write various type of music and not just fast paced song ,he also writes slow paced songs that can touch our hearts such as "Hari Demi Hari".Myo  also can use two different languange that is Bahasa Melayu and English in one song.This band has a very unique collaboration of rock styles in their musical arrangement that encompasses everything from Rock N Roll, hard rock, metal to the more emotional acoustic rock with heartfelt lyrics.


3.Innovate and Inspire

Myo had been gone for many rescuing missions such as in Sabah and Sarawak.He would make a vlog about his ride there and helps the needy by buying them supplies,such as rice,books,colour pencils,generator and some t-shirts.This Inspire the children that being help by him to become more succeed in the future and change their life situations.He also helps young teenagers that are forming a band in KL by giving them a cheaper price for them to stay at his homestay as the rates in KL is too high,these bands are usually touring around KL.And yes ,he owns a homestay in KL.

BUSHIDO

Bushidō (武士道) or the “Way of the Warrior” describes a uniquely Japanese code of ethical conduct adhered to by the samurai. It is loosely analogous to Western concepts of chivalry (think Knights of the Round Table) and yet it is more. Bushido encompasses a system of moral principles. It embodies a code of daily living for the samurai. Those instructed in the code are expected to discipline themselves according to it. There are seven principles of Bushido:

1.  Rectitude.  Correct judgment or procedure for the resolution of righteousness. “To die when it is right to die, to strike when it is right to strike.”

2.  Courage.  A virtue only in the cause of righteousness. Death for an unworthy cause was termed a dog”s death. “It is true courage to live when it is right to live, and to die only when it is right to die.”

3.  Benevolence. Love, affection for others, sympathy and nobility of feeling are regarded as the highest attributes of the soul. “Benevolence brings under its sway whatever hinder its power just as water subdues fire.”

4.  Politeness.  A poor virtue if it is actuated only by a fear of offending good taste. Rather it should stem from a sympathetic regard for the feeling of others. “In its highest form politeness approaches love.”

5.  Veracity.  “Truthfulness.” Lying was deemed cowardly, and it was regarded as dishonorable. Indeed the word of a samurai guaranteed the truthfulness of an assertion. No oath is necessary. “Propriety carried beyond bounds becomes a lie.”

6.  Honor.  A vivid consciousness of personal dignity and worth is implicit in the word honor. “Dishonor is like a scar on a tree which time, instead of effacing only helps to enlarge.”

7.  Loyalty.  Only in the code of chivalrous honor does loyalty assume importance. In the conflict between loyalty and affection the code never wavers from the choice of loyalty. “A samurai was obliged to appeal to the intelligence and conscience of his sovereign by demonstrating the sincerity of his words with the shedding of his own blood.”

Ok guys today we are gonna talk a little bit about samurai,ninja and ronin.

Samurais were nobles in feudal Japan. They were essentially Japans equivalent of a knight in shining armor. They trained hard, lived by a code of honor (similar to the Chivalry of knights) and fought for whichever Shogun they were loyal to (Just as knights, who were usually lords or counts, etc. Fought for whichever King, Queen, Duke, etc. They were loyal to).

A ronin was a samurai warrior in feudal Japan without a master or lord — known as a daimyo.  A samurai could become a ronin in several different ways: his master might die or fall from power or the samurai might lose his master's favor or patronage and be cast off.The word "ronin" literally means "wave man," so the connotation is that he is a drifter or a wanderer.

Ninjas were assassins, saboteurs, and spies. Ninjas were essentially the medieval version of James Bond. Of course they didn't have all that technology, and they didn't go around saving the world from evil masterminds, but their intended purpose was the same. They assassinate enemies of the state, they spy on enemies of the state, and the sabotage enemy militaries and cities (So as you can see, they are just like the modern CIA or MI6).

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera semua :)

Ok tajuk saya hanyalah propa bagi menarik minat anda semua tetapi jangan kecewa semua sebab saya tetap akan cerita berkaitan dengan penggalian tetapi di lubang hidung hehe.Saya akan certia serba sedikit kelebihan korek hidung.Korang jangan sangka saya suka korek hidung pulak eh hahahaa.

1. MEMBANTU PERNAFASAN
Korek hidung membantu pernafasan dengan membersihkan 'kekotoran' di sepanjang jalan yang dikorek... lagi banyak 'kekotoran' yang dikorek, semakin mudah untuk korang bernafas..cuba korang start korek sekarang tengok bape miligram 'kekotoran' yang korang dapat...hahaha

2. SEBAGAI PERLINDUNGAN

Bagaimana korek hidung boleh lindung korang dari musuh??? senang je... kalo ada orang ingin mengganggu, nak ngorat korang tapi korang  tak berminat, korang korek je hidong... 'kekotoran' yang ada kat jari korang tu boleh dijadikan alat untuk melindungi korang....lagi banyak kat jari korang, lagi bagos.. believe me, sape nak taik hidung melepek kat muka dia..saya pon tak hingin...

3.KEYAKINAN DIRI

Orang yang suka korek hidung sembunyi2 ni sebenarnya lemah keyakinan diri... cuba korang try petua ni kalo nak tambah keyakinan diri... lepak kat kedai makan ngn member2..lagi ramai, lagi bagus... pastu korang korek hidong korang dengan asyik nyer... kompom member respek nyer la dengan gaya korang yang selamber and tak senonoh tu.. secara tak langsong, korang akan berasa bangga dan menambah keyakinan diri....saya selalu tengok orang buat je, saya tak pernah try lagi...

Itu sahaja dari saya , mohon maaf jika post ini membuat anda rasa terganggu.Ini hanyalah gurauan semata-mata kerana terdapat juga banyak keburukan dari mengorek hidung.Moga kita semua jaga kebersihan kita supaya tak dipandang remeh masyarakat.Ada juga saintis mengatakan ia boleh menambah sistem imunisasi badan.

Okay harini saya akan cerita sedikit tentang XBOX dan PS4.

Selalu ramai kita tengok netizen bergaduh tentang platform mana lagi bagus untuk main game.XBOX kah atau PS4 kah.Okay XBOX ni dibuat oleh syarikat Microsoft manakala PS4 dibuat oleh SONY dari Jepun.Tak semua game boleh main di kedua-dua platform contohnya Spiderman dan God of War hanya boleh main di PS4 manakala Gears of War di XBOX.Jadi ,ia bergantung kepada jenis game yang diminati oleh seseorang itu.Hard drive XBOX adalah built-in manakala PS4 boleh ditukar Hard drive dengan yang lain mengikut pilihan pengguna.XBOX boleh dijadikan seperti televisyen.Mengikut kajian,controller PS4 lebih sedap berbanding XBOX kerana controller XBOX seperti bulat dan besar.Jadi, itu sahaja dari saya.Jika ada soalan sila ajukan di ruang comment ye:)

SBPI SABAK BERNAM

Okay harini saya akan kongsikan info serba sedikit tentang sekolah saya iaitu SBPI Sabak Bernam atau dikenali sebagai Intesaber.Ok sekolah saya ni terletak di dalam perkampungan jawa di Sabak Bernam yang bersempadan dengan Teluk Intan.Bagi yang pertama kali datang ke sekolah saya,sudah pasti mereka akan tersesat dan terpaksa tanya orang kampung di mana sekolah saya kerana jalan di kampung itu berliku-liku dan sekolah saya agak dalam tetapi pemandangan di situ amatlah indah.

Disebabkan sekolah kami terletak di ceruk kampung,maka sekolah kami tiada kes 'fly' yang sering berlaku di kebanyakkan sekolah asrama.Sekolah kami menggunakan sistem rumah untuk bersaing sesama sendiri iaitu rumah biru diberi nama radon,merah helium,kuning kripton,xenon hijau.Saya merupakan ahli radon ketika itu yang cemerlang gemilang dan terbilang hehehe.Sekian dari saya.

Okay guys today I'm gonna tell you about the one thing that I found hilarious in the Mission Impossible franchise.As you guys aware the movie is very famous  and I think you guys watched it right??If not at least one from the series.For those who didn't watch it yet, I am gonna summarise a little bit about the movie.The genre of the movie is action and it is about a secret agency called IMF (Impossible Mission Force) kot heheheh.So the goal of this agency is to protect national intelligence and prevent terrorism.The main character is Ethan Hunt played by Tom Cruise and as the title is mission impossible,Ethan Hunt needs to perform the mission even if it is impossible.What amazes me is the stunt in the movie is done by Tom Cruise himself such when he rides the motorbikes or even flies a helicopter,he does it himself which makes it so real.  :o I think thats enough before I spoil all storyline for y'all.Before I forget,the one funny thing I mentioned is in every mission ,there will be masks to change identities and even the villains have it.I found it hillarious everytime they open the masks to reveal themselves and not only once but many times and I'll be like 'oh not this again'sigh.hahaha okay that's all.Here some pictures :)

Kucing ini berbadan serderhana dan berbulu pendek rapat rapat seperti karpet. Kucing Maine Coon adalah kucing paling popular di dunia mungkin kerana size kucing ini boleh menjadi sangat besar dan berat boleh mencecah 7kg ke 12kg. Munchkin adalah senis kucing yang berkaki pendek. Okay kalini saya akan memberitahu serba sedikit tentang tamiya.Tamiya merupakan produk kereta mainan keluaran Jepun yang pesat dimainkan oleh semua orang termasuklah di Malaysia tidak mengira usia yang masih muda ataupun sudah lanjut.Kereta tamiya ini boleh diubahsuai di bahagian motornya,tayarnya,badannya dan lain-lain untuk menjadikannya lebih laju.Ia juga boleh diletakkan lampu untuk kelihatan menarik.Biasanya,tamiya ini dimain dengan cara melawan masa ataupun perlumbaan.Walaupun tamiya ini hanyalah kereta mainan yang kecik,harga untuk membeli tamiya ini amatlah mahal sehinggakan ada yang sampai rm1000.Jadi,tamiya ini bukanlah mainan yang dianggap remeh dan ada peringkat-peringkatnya contohnya peringkat antara daerah,negeri mahupun global.Abang saya sendiri pernah mewakili daerah Sabak Bernam ketika menentang Shah Alam.Di sini saya sertakan sedikit gambar bagi yang tidak mengetahui.:)

Okay untuk entri kalini,saya akan mengisar sedikit tentang sambal tahun jawa ,cara-cara membuat serta bahan-bahan yang perlu ada ya tuan puan.Okay sambal tahun ni merupakan makanan tradisi orang jawa,sambal tahun kebiasaaannya disediakan pada hari-hari perayaan seperti hari raya aidilfitri.Sambal tahun ini amatlah pedas hasil daripada cili padi dan boleh membuatkan tuan puan menangis meleleh air mata serta hingus jadi disyorkan untuk menyediakan air di sebelah ketika makan.Sambal tahun dimakan bersama nasi dan boleh juga dengan nasi impit.Kebiasaannya,lauk yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan sambal tahun adalah ayam,pedal ayam,hati ayam,kerang,kulit lembu,perut lembu.Yang menjadi kegemaran saya ialah sambal tahun pedal.Saya mengetahui tentang masakan ini kerana saya keturunan banjar+jawa di Sungai Besar ,Selangor dan mak saya serta atok saya tanpa gagal akan menghasilkan masakan ini pada setiap tahun di hari raya.Jadi,bagi siapa yang tidak mengetahui tentang masakan ini amatlah rugi kerana ia terlalu sedap.

Kenapa nama Sambal tahun?

Okay mengikut sejarah orang dulu-dulu,masakan ini boleh bertahan agak lama diibaratkan bertahun-tahun,.Diibaratkan sahaja kerana biasanya jika tidak habis,masakan ini akan dipanaskan eoknya dan ditambah apa yang patut.Masakan ini apabila semakin dipanaskan ia akan menjadi semakin sebati dan sedap.Ada juga yang mengatakan sambal tahun ini dimasak sekali sahaja iaitu pada hari raya dan sebab itulah ia dinamakan sambal tahun.

Resepinya adalah...

Bahan-bahan(untuk 5 orang makan)

Bahan A:
-500g kulit lembu yang telah direbus dan dipotong nipis (bergantung pada jenis lauk
- 1/2 cawan cili padi kampung

- 2 cawan lengkuas muda dihiris nipis

- 1 keping asam keping

- 3 cawan air

- garam dan serbuk perasa

Bahan B :(kisar)

- 1/2 cawan udang kering

- 10 ulas bawang merah

- 4 ulas bawang putih

Bahan C:

- santan pekat dari 1 biji kelapa

Cara menyediakannya...

- Rebus bahan-bahan A dan B sehingga lengkuas lembut.
- Masukkan santan kelapa, kecilkan api, kacau selalu sehingga mendidih.
- Rasa asam garamnya, bolehlah dihidangkan
