Myself as a Leader

I studied at Royal Military College when i was in form 4 and form 5.There i became a rankholder during form 5.I became the junior under officer as a quatermaster for my company which was Echo company. I was given the duty to organize the things or stocks given to my company. I was also given the duty to take care of my juniors. I was happy to do the job as it made me become a responsible and dedicated person. My juniors were very obedient as they always follow my orders. I had a great time with them and my batchmates at Royal Military College. These makes me into a person who am i today where i can lead a group of people in any matters. Some of my juniors who i lead before still in contact with me and they still respect me.Everyone is a leader in their own way.We should find out about our capabality in leadership quality and use them to become a great leader in our life.

SIR ALEX FERGUSON
Sir Alexander Chapman Ferguson (born 31 December 1941) is a Scottish former football manager and player who managed Manchester Unitedfrom 1986 to 2013. He is considered one of the greatest and most successful managers of all time.

Ferguson played as a forward for several Scottish clubs, including Dunfermline Athletic and Rangers. While playing for Dunfermline, he was the top goalscorer in the Scottish league in the 1965–66 season. Towards the end of his playing career he also worked as a coach, then started his managerial career with East Stirlingshire and St Mirren. Ferguson then enjoyed a highly successful period as manager of Aberdeen, winning three Scottish league championships, four Scottish Cups and the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1983. He briefly managed Scotland following the death of Jock Stein, taking the team to the 1986 World Cup.

Ferguson was appointed manager of Manchester United in November 1986. During his 26 years with Manchester United he won 38 trophies, including 13 Premier League titles, five FA Cups, and two UEFA Champions League titles.He was knighted in the 1999 Queen's Birthday Honours list for his services to the game.Ferguson is the longest-serving manager of Manchester United, having overtaken Sir Matt Busby's record on 19 December 2010. He retired from management at the end of the 2012–13 season, having won the Premier League in his final season.

Ferguson's playing career began as an amateur with Queen's Park, where he made his debut as a striker, aged 16.He described his first match as a "nightmare", but scored Queen's Park's goal in a 2–1 defeat against Stranraer. Perhaps his most notable game for Queen's Park was the 7–1 defeat away to Queen of the South on Boxing Day 1959 when ex-England international Ivor Broadis scored four of the Queen of the South goals. Ferguson was the solitary Queen's Park goalscorer.

Despite scoring 20 goals in his 31 games for Queen's Park, he could not command a regular place in the side and moved to St Johnstone in 1960. Although he continued to score regularly at St Johnstone, he was still unable to command a regular place and regularly requested transfers. Ferguson was out of favor at the club and he even considered emigrating to Canada, however St Johnstone's failure to sign a forward led the manager to select Ferguson for a match against Rangers, in which he scored a hat-trick in a surprise victory. Dunfermline signed him the following summer (1964), and Ferguson became a full-time professional footballer.

Ferguson is the joint-most decorated manager in European football competitions with seven honours, a record he shares with Giovanni Trapattoni and Carlo Ancelotti. Ferguson won the top division title in England a record 13 times, more than twice as many times as the next most successful manager.He is also the first manager in the history of the English league to win three consecutive league titles, which he did twice.Ferguson won 10 manager of the year awards, 27 manager of the month awards and managed the most games in the UEFA Champions League (190).In 2017, Ferguson was named among the 10 most influential coaches since the foundation of UEFA in 1954.

The term organizing process refers to the work of determining how to best arrange and utilize your resources in order to achieve the desired results. Let's break down those terms a bit further what to do when we use the terms arrange and utilize? This could be as simple as arranging your pens neatly next to your notepads on your desk,and on a larger scale it means almost the same thing, putting things where they need to be in order to be used effectively. You can't use your pen if it's not on your desk, and you can't deliver cakes to a customer's business if your only driver is in the kitchen mixing the batter.

It is the process of determining what tasks are to be grouped, who reports to whom, and where decisions are to be made. A key issue in accomplishing the goals identified in the planning process is structuring the work of the organization. Organizations are group of people, with ideas and resources, working toward common goals. The purpose of the organizing function is to make the best use of the organization's resources to achieve organizational goals.

ALAM CEO CUP 2018

My class 23Bravo played 2 football games in alam CEO cup 2018.First we played wirh Dme 37 Charlie and we won 5-0.Ashraf scored 2 goals,i scored 2 goals and Uthes scored another girl.The second game we played against Dns 25B and we won 2-0.Uthes scored the first goal and i scored the second goal.My class qualified for the quarter final and we hoping to win CEO cup of 2018.We got good teamwork among us.

Fire Fighting during Modular Course

On the fifth day of our class modular course,my group did fire fighting.We used different type of fire extinguisher such as water,carbon dioxide,foam and powder.We wore the fire fighting suit.It was very heavy but very safe.We trained to fight the small and big type of fire.It needs a teamwork and we did it well.After that we went into the smoke house by wearing the gas mask and cylinder which is known as breathing apparatus set.It was tiring on that day but it was a great experience.

 

First Day of Modular Course of MBT

My class 23BRAVO repeated our MBT modular course last week.Actualy we had done this modular course when we were in sem 1 but we had to redo this because we didn't had seamancard during sem 1.This is actualy the management's fault but we had to follow the flow.Actualy it was fun and nice to do again this course.My group did Medical First Aid(MEFA) on the first day.We learned about the type of injuries can happen onboard and how to do CPR in emergency situations.We also learnes about shock and fatigue and the ways to overcome them.Our trainer Mr.Fikri taught us very good about MEFA.

Im from cabin 313.My roomates are Fahmi,Ridwan,Nik,Pavithran and Luqman.Roomates are like another family for us because we spend most of our time with them in the same room.We share our feelings,food,time with our roomates.We go outing together and play sports together.Im happy to have good and friendly roomates.During our exam times,we study together.We do exercise together.

Today i like to talk about my class and my classmates...Im in class 23Bravo...We are a group of multiracial cadets in 23Bravo.Everyone in this class are friendly and kind.Most of them are very supportive always.We study,play sports,eat and hangout together always.This is a good bonding among us.I like all of them very much.I hope all of us will become a successfull captain in future.
