"”To be a great champion you must believe you are the best. If you're not, pretend you are." - Muhammad Ali

Throughout history, boxing has had great stars, fighters who have written their name in history and have become idols....But.... It is said that man's power is unlimited when he trusts in achieving his dreams, and we can say that our champion is clear example. Muhammad Ali has shown that love is power. A man true to his convictions and ideals, a champion inside and outside the ring.

In the World Boxing Council, we pay tribute to the greatest boxing idol, naming him "King of the World Boxing" in a ceremony that will be memorable at the 50th WBC Convention next to be held in Cancun , Quintana Roo.

Muhammad Ali... the man, the legend

The three-time heavyweight world champion was born in Louisville, Kentucky, United States on January 17, 1942.
Ali was initiated into the world of boxing by Louisville police officer and boxing coach Joe E. Martin. However, without the knowledge of Martin, Ali also began training Fred Stoner, an African-American trainer who worked at the local community center. Years later, after winning some titles, Ali won the Olympic gold medal in the light heavyweight division at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome.

Ali originally had the name of Cassius Clay, but after he embraced Islam, he changed his name.
Muhammad was owner of a unique style that he described as "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee".
From October 29, 1960, when he made his professional debut and won by decision in six rounds against Tunney Hunsaker, Ali began writing the fabled story of one of the greatest boxers,-his own!
His boxing, his spectacular results and charisma quickly put him at the top and the world's eyes fell on him. Between 1960 and 1963, the young fighter reached a mark of 19-0, including 15 knockouts. He defeated boxers like Tony Esperti, Jim Robinson, Donnie Fleeman, Duke Sabedong, Alonzo Johnson, George Logan, Willi Besmanoff and Sonny Liston who he beatby KO to become champion.

Muhammad Ali granted Sonny Liston a rematch with the world title at stake but Sonny could not do anything and was swiftly defeated in the first assault in one of the most spectacular KOs in boxing history. Ali then defended his heavyweight world championship several times.
In 1967, Ali received a U.S. Army order to join their ranks and fight in the war, which he rejected as against his religious beliefs.
Convicted of evasion of military service, he was stripped of his boxing license and after a long wait of four years, his appeal was admitted to the Supreme Court, and he ultimately was acquitted.
Back to boxing, full of goals and dreams, Muhammad ALi was keen to let the world know that they were seeing the great world champion-a fighter who still had many stories to write, Ali garnered a new run of successes, triumphs. The Greatest was back.

His last fight was on November 12, 1981 against Trevor Berbick in the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre, Nassau, Bahamas.

He is my role model because his techniques which he mentally break downs his opponent before match begins in the press conference. This is his main advantage in winning the match. I also love his lifestyle and his fearless attitude. Moreover, he is so humble and respects the fighter after the match.

STAFFING IN ORGANISATION

Staffing is the process of hiring eligible candidates in the organization or company for specific positions. In management, the meaning of staffing is an operation of recruiting the employees by evaluating their skills, knowledge and then offering them specific job roles accordingly.

The definition of staffing can be defined as one of the most important functions of management. It involves the process of filling the vacant position of the right personnel at the right job, at right time. Hence, everything will occur in the right manner.

For the efficient performance of other functions of management, staffing is its key. Since,  if an organization does not have the competent personnel, then it cannot perform the functions of management like planning, organizing and control functions properly.

Staffing function is to be performed continuously which is equally important for a new and well-established organization. Since in a newly established organization, there has to be recruitment, selection, and training of personnel. As we compare that, the organization which is already a running organization, then at that place every manager is engaged in various staffing activities.

The person I most admire

Hello everyone,we meet again for my new post.So today i am being appoint to write an entry about my idol or the person i most admire. His name is Valentino Rossi aka The Doctor was born 16 February 1979 is an Italian  professional motorcycle road racer and multiple MotoGP World Champion.
 source:google image

You must be thinking why he is my idol. For your information he was the only rider in history of the World Championship to have won World Championship in four different classes:125cc(1),250(1),500cc(1), and MotoGP(6)

source:google image

Comparing his great achievement with other MotoGP rider,Rossi should be consider one of the best in MotoGP history.Yamaha Motorsport always make a special design for his bike every season of MotoGP and it resulting in other Yamaha Motorbike. Most of motorcycle coverset were design based on the bike that being ride by Rossi.

source:google image

During his peak career,no one could ever beat him for 1st place position. Now,as he getting older, his new rival Marc Marquez seems to be the new MotoGP Champion.

source:google image

Now, I know why a lot of people like him very much. Valentino Rossi maybe is the most entertaining rider. He races like an artist. He races with his heart and all of his passion in races. He not only raced to win, he also provides us with the greatest races. Not like the other racers, who are very dependent on their bikes, Valentino Rossi doesn't depend only on his bike. His ability to speed and take over the opponents in the corner make him known as the real biker, who depends just on his ability, no matter what the bike.In the future, Moto GP maybe has a new champion, and it will be a great race too, but it won't be as great as when Rossi was there.
