What is
leadership? A simple definition is that leadership is the art of motivating a
group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.Effective
leadership is based upon ideas but won't
happen unless those ideas can be communicated to others in a way that engages
them enough to act as the leader wants them to act.
In my life, i have been a leader for many time but the two movement that i remember until now is i was a school prefect in my school and i am the one of the board of directers as treasurer of the school prefects.My job is to take care of the student at break time and collect money for event end of the year from the school prefect.. 
And I am also the board of directers for the police cadet club.I am the AJK of that club.We already conduct many activities and some activities lead by me.
