Being a leader is part of a phase that one will face in his or her life including me. To be a leader, I mean a good leader, it requires some factors such as having the effective ways of communication. For example, use standard terms, provide clarifications and use proper signs.
Apart from that, a leader need to delegate his or her task to the sub-ordinates. Some of the advantages are managers can focus on more important task, better decision can be made as sub-ordinates are closer to problem and decision can make in short time.
Besides, few qualities that a leader need to have are show sincere appreciation, maintain positive humor, set an example and be approachable.
