Effective leadership is based upon ideas (whether original or borrowed), but won't happen unless those ideas can be communicated to others in a way that engages them enough to act as the leader wants them to act.
In my life so many time,i have been a leader, one of the best moment when i was the Head Prefect in my primary school.I studied in SJK(T) kajang and finished my primary school life with flying colours in my UPSR.
Seconday school....
Later on once entering into secondary life ,my life was more to sports.I represented my school until to state level in football ,and the moment i was the captain of my school.Besides i also was very active in Olahraga .
