To make our life peaceful and harmony, there are some elements that we need to practice daily, or weekly.

First and for most, we need to be active in the sense of our body fitness. We need to expose our self to the sunlight and have some great moment by playing parade games, jogging etc. By doing this, you can help to decrease your problems that you bring along the day that you'd face! 😁😁

Next you should go for some social activities. For example we can go to the gymnasium. There, we can meet many people from different background. From there we can share some idea and make some friendly talk with them.

Last but not least, we should spend most of our free time with family because they are the people in your life which will always support you if you fall. You should seek for their bless and doa, so that we can perform better in our future. Insya-Allah..👪

Inner Workings

Baru-baru ni aku ada tengok satu iklan atau filem animasi pendek daripada Disney. Aku tengok iklan ni kat cinema sebelum movie yg aku nak tengok tu mula. Cerita dia pasal kehidupan seorang lelaki yg bekerja sebagai kerani dalam satu syarikat korporat. Setiap pagi dia akan bangun dan bersiap-siap untuk pergi kerja.

Kamera akan tunjuk gambar otak dan organ-organ lain seperti hati, perut dan buah pinggang yg disambungkan dengan tali untuk menghantar mesej ke otak.

Dia bangun pukul 8.45 pagi. Dia kena sampai office pukul 9.00. Dalam masa perjalanan tu ada conflict yg berlaku. On the way mamat ni nak sampai office, dia ternampak satu restoran. Ramai orang sedang breakfast.

Dia belum makan lagi waktu tu tapi si otak hantar mesej kalau dia makan, dia akan lambat sampai tempat kerja. Dalam masa yg sama si perut pon hantar mesej nak makan benda-benda sedap kat otak dan mamat tu pon terliur. 

Lepastu, otak cepat-cepat sanggah dengan hantar mesej kat mamat tu, klu dia makan banyak dia jadi gemuk. Kalau gemuk dia akan mati dengan sadis sebab obesity.

 Mamat tu pon terus berjalan meninggalkan restoran tu. Perut jadi sedih. Dah sampai office, ada pergelutan berlaku antara otak dan hati.

Si otak nak masuk office sebelum pukul 9 sbb otak fikir kalau dia lambat, dia akan kena buang kerja. Kalau dia kena buang kerja dia takda duit untuk beli makanan dan sebagainya. Kalau dia tak makan dia akan mati dengan sadis.Tapi hati taknak masuk. Dia nak pergi lepak-lepak ambil angin dulu jadi dia refuse. Lepastu otak tu buat apa tau, dia tarik tali-tali tadi daripada semua organ. 

Jadi diorang tak boleh nk hantar reaksi yg diorang nak. Mamat tu terus masuk office buat kerja macam biasa. Dia jadi muram. Dia buat kerja tapi muka dia masam dan sedih. Aku macam touching sangat kat part tu sebab aku rasa kebebasan kita disekat-sekat. Masa tu aku bayang akulah mamat tu hahaha.

Dalam diri kita ni ada hati dan perut yg nakkan macam-macam. Kita nak makan benda yg kita suka, kita nak buat benda yg kita rasa kita nak buat tapi orang sekeliling kita ni macam otak. Orang terdekat biasanya. Diorang mengarah kita untuk buat apa yg diorang nak dan kita akan diugut kalau cuba melawan contohnya diorang tarik kau daripada join benda-benda yg kau suka, diorang tarik kau punya duit poket jadi kau dapat makan nasi dengan telur je, diorang tarik kau daripada buat apa yg kau suka. Bila semua benda ni ditarik, kita sebagai orang yg ditarik takkan rasa bahagia sbb kehidupan kita orang lain yg kawal. Klimaksnya, bila si otak nampak mamat ni sedih dia pon terpikir kenapa mamat tu jadi macam tu? Baru dia sedar yg dia dah tarik tali-tali milik organ lain. Diorang tak dapat nak hantar mesej tentang apa yg diorang nak. Jadi otak pon lepaskan balik tali tu. Mamat tu pon terus senyun dan happy. 

Mesej filem ni simple je. Dalam hidup ni kita mula dgn kelahiran dan diakhiri dgn kematiaan. Semua orang akan mati. Ini satu benda yg tak boleh disangkal. Dalam tempoh kita hidup dan mati ni rugilah kalau kita tak lalui semua benda yg kita suka sebab ni hidup kita.

Kita berhak ke atas hidup kita. Kenapa orang lain perlu kawal hidup kita? Memang ada orang yg penakut macam ni. Dia nak buat tapi dia rasa, "kalau aku luahkan apa yg aku rasa, apa pulak pandangan orang nanti kat aku". Atau pon, "aku nak pergi travel kat Australia tapi macam mana kalau nanti aku kena culik lepastu kena mati kena bunuh?". Kita semua akan mati kot. Kita expect risiko tak datang ke dalam hidup ni? Jadi risiko memang datang. Adakah kita nak mati dengan mengelak semua risiko tapi kita masih mati? atau kita nak mati dengan puas buat semua benda yg kita nak? Kita hadapi risiko, kita selesaikan risiko. Mana yg lebih berharga kat sisi kita? Yang paling penting adalah sama ada diri kita happy ke tak. Sebab yg akan hidup dgn diri kita sampai mati adalah diri kita sendiri. Bukannya orang lain. Kalau kita sendiri tak boleh nak terima diri kita seadanya, siapa lagi nak terima? Kita tak perlukan pon orang lain untuk terima diri ni. Friend recognition, crowd public recognition. Tak perlu semua tu. Yang penting diri kita. Aku bukan nak membongkak yg aku tak perlukan recognition orang lain. Tak. Tapi aku dah rasa yg mengharapkan recognition dan penghargaan orang ni cuma menjadikan hati aku kecewa dan sedih. Jadi aku taknaklah harap. Aku berharap kat diri aku macam, takpelah asalkan diri aku happy. Walaupon kadang-kadang aku akan menghadapi masalah dilema nak happy kan diri aku ke nak happy kan orang lain?

Memang penting untuk membahagiakan family, girlfriend dan kawan-kawan. Dan apa yg lagi penting adalah mula membahagiakan diri kita dulu (y).

My Pet Fowl

I had a lot of pets since when I was young. Such as German Shepherd, doberman, jungle fowls, hamsters, pigeons, zebra dove, spotted dove, cockfight roosters.

Today, i will be just writing about the jungle fowl that I had.

When I was 15 I had interest on smaller pets. Then I bought a jungle fowl. It was a cross breed (ayam hutan+ayam kampung).
Original breed of jungle fowl is very wild so it is difficult to calm it down and get closer to it.

As a beginner I needed to go step by step. As time passes the fowl started getting comfortable with me. Hence, I prepared him for hunting. We call it "pikat" In Malay.
It took around 1 month to get him comfortable with the rope on his leg.

Then,  it was completely ready for a hunt. So far, he has tricked 8 fowls to enter my baits and still counting. Then I bought few other jungle fowls as an addition.

It really makes me happy to see them crowing when i whistle to them. They play sweet morning musics for me everyday.........

Salah satu aktiviti kami ialah mengukur ukuran badan untuk mendapatkan uniform yang sudah semestinya akan dipakai setiap hari di ALAM

   To commemorate the start of this blog, I would like to share some information to horses. Horses had been my life-long interest and always seemed to me as a relic that had stood the test of time. I have read some decent amount of books about horses chronologies, it's various functions, the many types of stables, spreads, etc. Here I shall share 5 common horse breeds across the world .

Arabian

The Arabian, also known as an Arab, is one of the oldest breeds of horse and possess the genetic origins of other breeds such as the Thoroughbred and the American Quarter Horse. The Arabian features a small, dished (concaved) face, pointed ears, a high tail set. They have one less vertebra and rib than other horse breeds. These high spirited horses can be seen as the jack-of-all-trades but they excel in the endurance (long distance race) world. Arabians appear in solid colors including grey with or without white markings on its legs. On average, an Arabian stands from 14.2 and 15.2 hands high and weighs between 800 to 1,000 pounds with a strong build. This breed had been used mostly in the Middle-Eastern region .

American Paint Horse

The American Paint Horse had origins that date back to the Roman Empire but these beautifully marked horses did not come to North America until the Spanish Conquistadors brought them over from Spain. American Paint Horses can be found in all disciplines from English to Western and pleasure riding to roping. Their beautiful markings are defined by their distinctive patterns that include overo, tobiano, and sabino. On average, an American Paint Horse stands between 14.3 and 16 hands high (59” to 64”at the shoulder) and weighs from 800 to 1,200 pounds with an athletic build.

The American Quarter Horse is one of the oldest and most popular breeds in America. Historically, the breed got its name by winning races that were a quarter mile long. Today, the American Quarter Horse has defined itself as a great all-around breed. You will find these horses in both English and Western show rings around the nation, traveling down the trail, herding cattle, and still winning races. They come in a variety of solid colors with or without white markings on their legs and head. On average, an American Quarter Horse stands between 14.3 and 16 hands high (59” to 64”at the shoulder) and weighs from 800 to 1,200 pounds with a very muscular build.

Appaloosa

The Appaloosa as a breed originated in the United States but their classic spotted pattern has been depicted in ancient cave drawings and artifacts throughout Europe and Asia. Their classic spotted coats come in many patterns like marble, snowflake, leopard, and blanket. Other distinctive features of the breed include mottled skin on their lips, nose, and genitals as well as striped hooves and white sclera around the eyes. The Nez Perce tribe, located in present-day Oregon and Washington are credited with propagating the breed. On average, an Appaloosa stands between 14.2 and 16 hands high (58” to 64”at the shoulder) and weighs from 800 to 1,200 pounds with a strong build.

Thoroughbed

The Thoroughbred is most commonly associated with horse racing but these athletes excel in many arenas. The breed originated in Britain starting in the late 17^th century for speed and racing with the influence of Arabian bloodlines. Today, they continue to dominate the racing industry but Thoroughbreds also excel in the eventing, show jumping, and dressage worlds. They come in a variety of solid colors like bay, chestnut, and black and, on very rare occasions, palomino and pinto. On average, a Thoroughbred stands between 15 and 17 hands high (60” to 68”at the shoulder) and weighs from 1,000 to 1,200 pounds with a lean build.

Thoroughbed has always been the popular choices amongst horse racers due to their flashy abilities.

  In conclusion, these are the five most popular breeds amongst other specialized breeds. Though horses were not being used as our daily mode of transport anymore, these sturdy creatures were meant to serve mankind in other prospects such as maneuvering through rough terrains or carrying heavy luggage in plain fields region such as Central Asia. In the end, it is up to us whether we appreciate these loyal companions for their immense contributions to humankind throughout history .

Yesterday FIFA world cup 2018 final match happened.France won 4-2 and it was a excellent game by both sides.France had 7shots and Croatia had 14 shots.Mandzukic scored an own goal which led France to take the lead.Then Perisic scored the equalizer for Croatia.Then France had a penalty and Griezmann scored.Pogba scored the third goal for France.Then Mbappe who is the youngest player in this world cup scored the forth goal for France.Finally Croatia scored their second goal by Mandzukic.France won the match and Croatia won our hearts.With that FIFA world cup 2018 ended nicely.Luka Modric gets the Best Player Award.Harry Kane won the golden boot.Mbappe won the young best player award.Courtious won the golden gloves because of his fantastic performance.
