To make our life peaceful and harmony, there are some elements that we need to practice daily, or weekly.
First and for most, we need to be active in the sense of our body fitness. We need to expose our self to the sunlight and have some great moment by playing parade games, jogging etc. By doing this, you can help to decrease your problems that you bring along the day that you'd face! 😁😁
Next you should go for some social activities. For example we can go to the gymnasium. There, we can meet many people from different background. From there we can share some idea and make some friendly talk with them.
Last but not least, we should spend most of our free time with family because they are the people in your life which will always support you if you fall. You should seek for their bless and doa, so that we can perform better in our future. Insya-Allah..👪
